It's hard to resist the game stew (wild boar, roe deer, doe... depending on the season) with its rich aromas, the generous sauerkraut prepared in the purest Alsatian tradition, or the unmissable goose foie gras with Gewurztraminer, prepared by the chef. Those with a sweet tooth won't be disappointed either, with delicious desserts that celebrate the local produce, such as the Kougelhopf iced with Kirsch and seasonal fruit tarts.
